PALAZZO ROSELLI CECCONI

History of the
Roselli Cecconi Palace

The palace was built for the Serristori family after a design by Giuliano da Sangallo, a famous architect much appreciated by Lorenzo de’ Medici, and a worthy follower of Brunelleschi's tradition.
The imposing structure was completed in 1520 and over the years has been home to important Florentine families who have helped to make improvements to the building by leaving their mark that contributes to the history of Florence.
